Written from both sides of the table
Off the Felt is a collaboration between Cozy Mind Media and a poker professional with thirteen years in the game, in partnership with Leeside Dealer Academy.
He deals them and he plays them, with tournament wins of his own. A dealer sees every hand at the table, not only the ones they are in. A player knows which of those hands still stings a week later. That is where the lines come from, and it is why they read as true to anyone who has sat down at two in the morning trying to get level.

What this site itself stores
- Your cart, kept in your own browser using local storage. It never reaches us.
- Your cookie choice, kept the same way, so the bar does not ask twice.
- Nothing else. There is no advertising pixel and no chat widget on this site.
When you buy something
Three companies see part of your order, and only the part each one needs.
- Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site or our servers. Stripe gives us back your name, your email address, your delivery address and confirmation that the payment cleared.
- Our print partner prints and posts the item. They receive your name, your delivery address and what you ordered. They do not receive your payment details.
- Cloudflare runs the small piece of software that passes an order from Stripe to the printer, and counts visits to this site without cookies and without identifying anybody.
If you join the mailing list we keep your email address until you unsubscribe, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. If you write to us we keep the message so we can answer it and so we have a record if you write again.
How long we keep an order
Order records are kept for six years, because tax law in Ireland requires it. Nothing else is kept that long.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of anything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@offthefelt.co and you will get an answer inside a month. If you are not happy with that answer you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Orders
Every item is printed after you order it. Your order is accepted when the payment clears and the print partner takes the job, not when you press the button. If we cannot make something you ordered, you get the whole amount back and an email telling you why.
Prices
Every price on this site is in US dollars and is what you pay for the item. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. There is nothing added after that: no handling fee, no surprise line.
Orders inside the European Union under 150 euro have the import VAT collected and paid by our print partner under its own registration, so nothing is charged to you on delivery. Orders over that, and orders to countries outside the EU and the US, can attract a customs charge that is set by your own country and is yours to pay.
Delivery
Printed and posted from the country closest to you where our partner has a press. Most United States orders arrive in 8 to 12 days. Most orders elsewhere arrive in 8 to 14 days. Those are the numbers we see, not a guarantee, and a delay in the post is not something we can control.
If something is wrong
Tell us inside 30 days of the parcel arriving and send a photograph. A misprint, a fault or a damaged item is replaced or refunded, our choice, and you never pay the postage on that. The full detail is on the returns page.
The artwork
The designs, the name and the marks on this site belong to us. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt.
Law
Irish law applies and the Irish courts hear any dispute. If you bought as a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away any right your own country gives you.

The short version
If we got it wrong, we fix it and it costs you nothing. If you changed your mind, we will do what we can, but every item is printed for you after you order it, so there is no shelf to put it back on.
A misprint, a fault or a damaged parcel
Email hello@offthefelt.co inside 30 days of the parcel arriving, with your order number and a photograph of the item. We send a replacement, or refund you in full if a replacement does not make sense. You do not pay for the return and in most cases we will not ask for the item back.
The wrong item arrived
Same thing, same 30 days. The right item goes out and you keep or bin the wrong one, whichever we tell you.
The wrong size
Check the sizing page before you order, because this is the one we cannot always fix. A printed shirt cannot be resold. Email us anyway and tell us what happened: we would rather sort something out than have you stuck with a shirt you cannot wear.
Changed your mind
If the order has not gone to print yet we will cancel it and refund it in full. Once it is printed we cannot take it back, because it was made for you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and take a few working days to show up on your side.
